Join me and well known Sydney interior designer Marco Meneguzzi and a select group of travellers for an 11-night bespoke itinerary crafted by me to embody design, adventure, and the art of immersive travel.
Together we’ll embark on an enchanting journey with no more than ten guests and three tour hosts through the sun-kissed landscapes and vibrant cultures of Southern Spain and Morocco, where luxury seamlessly intertwines with exploration. We’ll have entree to private homes in Tangier, a wander through beautiful gardens in Seville, and visit the best porcelain shops in Marbella. And we’ll take you to the best atelier to stock up on those Casteñer espadrilles (in every colour!).
Oh and let’s not forget the tapas!
Everything is (mostly) included so you only need to get yourself to Madrid and home from Tangier.
Madrid

We’ll start our journey in Madrid. Arrive and relax the at the hotel before we meet for a private group dinner this evening. The next day Marco will guide you through the city's hidden design gems. We’ll have a driver on hand to whirl us around the city.
We know the best place to grab the best flat white too.
Seville

We’ll start our journey today taking the fast train to Seville where the air is perfumed with the fragrance of orange blossoms! Immerse yourself in the rich history of Andalusia's capital and stunning palacios and gardens.
We’ll also indulge in tapas and perhaps some flamenco .
Marbella
Alcuzcuz
27 — 30 MAY 2025 (3 nights)
We’ll then continue on to Marbella (via the beautiful White villages and Ronda), a haven nestled amidst the rugged beauty of 'La Serrania de Ronda'. Here, we’ll sleep at the exclusive Alcuzcuz estate, built in the “Malaga Style” farmhouse tradition, we’ll indulge in days of relaxation amidst lush gardens and we’ll also explore the curated design and ceramic stores handpicked by Marco. Your senses will be in overdrive as you uncover treasures reflecting the region's artistic heritage.
There will be an opportunity to visit The Picasso Museum in Malaga also.
Tangier

30 MAY — 3 JUNE 2025 (4 nights)
But the allure doesn't end there. From the sun-drenched shores of Marbella to the bustling souks of Tangier, each destination promises a tapestry of experiences designed to fulfill your every design desire. In Tangier we’ll be “In Residence” at the stunning Villa Mabrouka, Jasper Conran’s newest luxury hideaway. We’ll wander through local design shops and artisan ateliers meticulously selected by Marco where you'll discover unique treasures. We’ll also visit the Portuguese town of Assilah for Tamegrout pottery, Touareg mats and beautiful pieces - this is where you will source the best floor mats, carpets, ceramics and homewares.
We’ll venture into the labyrinthine alleys of the Medina, visit the Tangier Weavers, and explore hidden boutiques supporting local artisans. Indulge in sunset cocktails and private curated dinners at iconic residences like Tabarak Allah (the home of Umberto Pasti the Italian author, plantsman, philosopher and philanthropist), Casa Tosca (the Tangier home of Nicolo Castellini Baldissera) and Dar Ouzzane the (Tangier home of famed collector and BBC personality, Gordon Watson)
